Fees

Typically, working with a personal trainer will cost between $50 and $60 per one hour session.

At Fitness Guide Service, we’re changing the way the industry does business.  Instead of charging per session, we charge a flat fee per MONTH.  The following table breaks down our services and fees.

 

 

Full Use Membership

(Includes unlimited personal training, personalized online nutrition programming, and membership to The Bend Downtown Athletic Club)

Boot Camp Membership

(Women’s only or Men’s only)

 

$69/month

High School Sports Development Program

(Three 2hr sessions per week)

 

$150/month

Youth Sports Development Program

(Two 1hr sessions per week)
