Fitness Guide Service’s Women’s Cross Training Boot Camp does all three for only $59 a month! How do we do it?
More convenient: We take the guess work out of your workouts. All you have to do is show up on time and ready to go, and we take care of the rest! Sessions last about an hour, and then you can get on with your day!
More effective: We incorporate anaerobic, aerobic, core, and movement based exercise to ensure that we are burning tons of calories and working all of your muscles. Our sessions are designed to be a total body workout, but over the course of the week we make sure that individual sessions focus slightly more on specific parts to ensure that everything gets worked.
More Fun: Don’t toil alone! There’s no reason why exercise can’t be a social experience if we want it to be, as long as it doesn’t get in the way of working hard. We work hard to be as motivational and inspiring as possible for our clients - we don’t do any yelling or chanting, but we definitely encourage the occasional “woo hoo!” if the mood strikes. Also, we take the monotony out of your “routine” by making each workout anything but routine – you’ll never do the same workout twice. We are primarily based at The Body Shop, but we also like to do our workouts outside, at Vince Genna Stadium, or up on Pilot Butte from time to time to keep it fun and exciting.
Right now, Boot Camp meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6:50 to 7:50, but with demand we will be adding more days and times, so let us know what times work for you.
